The Client is a multinational Company engaged in trading of spare parts relating to foundry operations.
The client had formed an Indian Subsidiary for trading of spare parts under import & distribution model. They have approached us to provide end to end services to their Indian Subsidiary. Client had only employed sales team for tapping Indian market and they were willing to outsource rest of commercial and non-commercial functions. Our scope included book keeping / accounting, payroll management, taxation & regulatory compliances, Customs transfer pricing, accounts receivable & payable management.
We are assisting client in improving their internal processes/SOP to achieve efficiency in their business operations and we act as a single point of contact for their suppliers, customers andregulatory authorities in India. Necessary assistance is also provided to management of holding Company in understanding the financial and operational performance of their Indian subsidiary by way of quarterly MIS reports.
